By accessing or using the Air teacher portal and related services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users' accounts
• Upload or share malware, illegal content, or material that infringes others' rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users' sessions
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse APIs except as permitted by your institution

4. Classes, recordings, and content

Live classes, recordings, chats, and shared materials may be stored and processed to provide the Service. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and institutional policies regarding students, consent, and retention of educational records.

5. Privacy

Personal data you provide or that is collected through the Service is processed to operate features such as authentication, scheduling, and communications. Your organization or administrator may have additional privacy notices that also apply.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to content you upload, subject to the rights you grant your institution and what is needed to run the Service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for issues caused by third-party networks, devices, or misuse of accounts.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
