1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Air student portal and related services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell your teacher or administrator right away if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service respectfully and only for learning activities authorized by your school or teacher. You must not:

  • Harass, bully, or threaten others, or share inappropriate or illegal content
  • Try to break into systems, impersonate others, or misuse someone else's login
  • Disrupt classes, recordings, or chats (for example by spamming or sharing harmful files)
  • Use the Service in any way that violates school rules or applicable laws

4. Classes, recordings, and materials

Live sessions, recordings, messages, and files may be visible to teachers and administrators as needed to run classes and keep students safe. Follow your teacher's instructions and your school's policies about cameras, microphones, and sharing your screen.

5. Privacy

Information you provide or that is collected when you use the Service may be used for login, class participation, and communication with your school. Your school or teacher may provide additional privacy information that also applies to you.

6. Content and conduct

You are responsible for content you submit (such as chat or uploads) where allowed. Do not share personal information of others without permission, and respect copyright and school policies.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for problems caused by internet outages, your device, or third parties.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Your continued use of the Service may mean you accept the updated terms, as explained by your school where required.
